We are proud to share that our Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) has been formally endorsed by Reconciliation Australia. It covers November 2026 to April 2028.

We work and live on Ballardong Nyoongar Country, and we recognise that our practice shapes the places and communities of regional Western Australia. This first RAP is our commitment to listen and learn, and to build respectful, lasting relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and organisations.

Over the next 18 months we will focus on relationships, respect and opportunities. That includes developing a RAP Working Group, taking part in National Reconciliation Week and NAIDOC Week, and looking at how we can support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander businesses and employment.

Our Founder and Practice Advisor, Rosalie Pech Eva, is our RAP Champion, and our Director, Tuan Ngo, leads this work alongside our whole team.

Our RAP does not promise everything at once, but it sets out clear, practical steps, and we will report on our progress as we go.
