Warranine House
Warranine House, Jelcobine
Additions & Alterations 2011 & 2014, Walker family
I first used Office of Regional Architecture to help design our Bathroom and Laundry in 2011 when we had the opportunity to renovate when our house was being repaired after severe storm damage. We loved Rosalie’s practical but innovative approach to making our extensions fit in with the existing house while still catering to our needs as a farm house. I still can’t get over the fabulous size of my laundry and view from the bath tub.
In 2014 when we renovated the kitchen Rosalie again offered us a fresh perspective on how best to use the space we have. Our kitchen is now the hub of our house with plenty of storage space and prep space while still looking amazing.
Rosalie was able to listen to what we wanted and needed from the spaces. Her fresh perspective helped us create an area that suited our needs but stayed in keeping with our 1920’s farm house.
