In late 2020, The Shire of Narrogin sought to integrate and facilitate delivery of a suite of visions and adopted policies backed by previous consultant reports which had previously languished on the back-burner of delivery in the following areas of concern:

ORA conducted an exhaustive desktop review of the literature and developed a detailed brief before synthesising a Precinct Master Plan which not only reconciled the competing and complementary objectives, but also can serve as a template for delivery of the series of related projects in and surrounding the Heritage Railway Precinct. ORA’s capacity to utilise human-centred design-thinking to translate disparate aspects of a complex brief has resulted in an actionable plan for the Precinct, nowwell into delivery stage with the refurbished Railway Station, murals and heritage artifacts, wayfinding and signage, and landscaping treatments completed or underway.
