Witham House

WithamHouse, Lake Toolbrunup

Alterations 2015, Witham family

Our house before the renovations was a large area that was basically split into 5 rooms.  The areas were dark and cold with no natural light.  After some concept designs done by Rosalie, we knocked out some internal walls and open fire places and opened up our living areas.  We turned the kitchen and living areas around so they faced North to capture the North sun and maximize on the natural light.  The result is a beautiful open plan area with lots of natural light and space.

I particularly love my new kitchen and dining area that faces North to large, double sliding doors.

We are extremely happy with the finished result and it is now a beautiful, functional family home.
