Oscar moved into the empty house his Grandad built in the 1960s when he came back to the family farm a few years ago. While the house is still beloved by the whole family, it needed some upgrades. He was hoping to make it a more comfortable and functional house that would fit around his long-term plan to stay on the farm.

With input from Oscar, ORA developed several concept designs for a new kitchen, pergola and outdoor entertaining area. As we modelled the project in 3D, we were able to give Oscar a clear picture of the proposed designs so that he could make informed evaluations about the designs at several points in the process.  We met several times with Oscar to get his feedback and offer alternatives, ultimately finding a design that he considered a best fit

We have helped Oscar refine and visualise his ideas, create a high quality package to discuss the project with builders, and start to navigate the approvals, construction and budgeting process.

We are now in the process of helping Oscar to establish a budget and find a builder to undertake these works.
